My mum and I had a wonderful experience at Royals Hair in Cherrybrook. I went in for a refresh of my colour, as I usually do, and after my initial appointment, felt it was a little darker than it usually is. When I contacted the salon, the team was nothing but kind, reassuring, and eager to help me. I was then booked in with Emm, who was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to really listen, understood exactly what I wanted, and refreshed my colour to perfection. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about the result. I also have to mention Erica, who did my mum’s hair and was fabulous. The colour turned out even better than my mum expected, and she is completely in love with it, especially impressive as it was her first visit. Exceptional customer service, incredibly talented stylists, and a salon that truly cares about its clients. I’ve been a client before and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! I first visited the salon and wasn’t happy with the service I received, so I reached out to see if anything could be done. They were so lovely, responded very quickly, and made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. A huge shout-out to Master Stylist Emma, who fixed my hair! She was extremely knowledgeable, listened to everything I wanted, and my hair turned out exactly how I imagined. Definitely will be back!

I had the most amazing experience with Josh at Royal’s Hair in Cherrybrook! He was extremely gentle with my hair from start to finish. I’m someone who is very particular and protective about my hair (especially because I’ve never coloured it before), and Josh handled it with so much care. During the blow-dry, he didn’t break or pull a single strand which honestly impressed me so much. He gave me the BEST blow-dry I’ve ever had smooth, bouncy, glossy and full of life. This was also my very first time introducing colour to my hair, and he recommended a demi-permanent colour to gently introduce it without causing damage. I really appreciated how mindful he was about maintaining my hair health. The colour looks beautiful, sort of same to my own , natural and fresh, exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy I trusted Josh with my hair for my first colour experience. Highly recommend him if you want someone skilled, careful and genuinely attentive to hair health. Thank you Josh! 💛
